The transport department is extremely unorganized and often causes significant inconvenience to employees. Buses are either late or unavailable, and there is a lack of professionalism when addressing concerns. Additionally, the behavior of some staff members in the transport team is unprofessional and dismissive. They show little regard for employee safety or punctuality, which adds unnecessary stress to an already demanding work environment. The management overall fosters a toxic culture, where favoritism and poor communication are rampant. Constructive feedback is often ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unheard.
