To be frank there is not good carrrer opportunities in CNX if you are in BPO sectors so there is not job securities and shifting you to the different process and have policies like LIFO and if you are good performer or kot they don't care they only care about the policies and land you up in bench. Please don't look up for the careerif working with CNX.
