Likes

Company is good in terms of some policies and benifits. Company is implementing new tech stack/tools/methodologies like agile, Jira, CI/CD in all the project, standard delivery terms, etc. Also motivating employees in order to grow by taking self pace training which is good for those who wants to learn and progress ahead.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

It really depends in which project you are working on. If your team is not good, you will not enjoy the work culture. That's exactly happened with me. Company is more on BPO side and less on IT side.

Work Details

Initially I found it very difficult due to work timings. Was working for 14-15 hours a day because manager and old employess are habited to work till late night. Having said that, it really depends on your project and project manager.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
