Join this company just for the learning and leave it as soon as you think that you're capable of getting a good job. Don't get in the trap of joining that after 4-6 years Microsoft will hire you from Microsoft EPS.

Dislikes

It will always be personal. When it comes to me, I didn't like micro-management, managers will lie when it comes to save their as**s. For themselves they will change the process. Technical Leads, Escalation Engineers, T2 are lazy. Don't expect immediate support. Just wish that when it will be WFO they might help you. Very bad work culture, specially SIR culture. TLs and support staff will say that they will help you and will pretend that they are always ready to help you in a meeting but the moment that meeting is over they will take hours, days in acknowledging your messages....Read More
