I would say in concentrix associate has a job security and company's policies are good. Teammates are supportive. Transport is free. If you won't take transport then you would get transport allowances every month in the salary. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. Work is not parallel to the salary. W get paid less for the work we do. Even IDP and IJP they conduct very formally but they select people who already reserved for that position. This is not the place for deserved candidates. As a Senior Associate you would get lot of work from the manager by saying you would get next level or promotion but in the end they select people for IDP and IJP who really do not even do anything in the process except buttering the manager. The job is not much interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning but later on I cope up with the process and product knowledge.
