Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

Only the infrastructure and the colleague i worked with but not TL manager or anyone else. There is lot of pressure. If you decide to quit the job then you have to wait for 2 months. The worst part they will change your shift. They will give you the best timing you can wish for that is 10 to 7 alike. Not only this, they will also give you weekly off Saturday and Sunday. There is nothing which you can like about this organisation. Management is so poor and not even a single employee likes working here.

I really loved abut that company is that, there was not much pressure, employees over there are great, boss was a friend to me and understood me in difficult circumstances

Dislikes

It was really far away, it used to take around 2.5 hours to reach, and then 2 hrs to get back which was really hectic, which didn't leave me enough time to enjoy my life.

I was working in COMCAST in order entry process which also included selling. It was a US based company that used to provide Cable, Internet, Telephone and home security services. It was a chat process, and assist the customers if they had any problems.
