I am working in cnx Daksh from past 10 months.. the only one thing which I like about this company is it has job security because ur resignation will never get accepted .. if u want to quit company the only way is to get absconded

There are many cons about this company below are few which I can type 1. No life balance 2. Leave will never be approved , we have 30 days leave in a year and yes it z an employee right to take it on his requirement not on company requirement.. if at all you want leave then anyone should die in family and you should submit death certificate If u fall sick and inform ur manager that you are not in a state to come to office, the team leader will ask u to come to office they will examine you and only if you are in a dying condition leave will be approved.. bloody as if all the team leaders have done mbbs course.. 3. Never think of promotion and even luckily if u get promoted you will be given double work and after getting promotion the salary incrementation will not be more than 1000 inr 4.company just focus on achieving organisational goals irrespective of employee satisfaction 5. It's a good company as a BPO and yes if your in the u.k shifts you surely get your work life balance and you 'll surely enjoy benefits and perks if your doing good at your job & will surely can make a career in the company in different domains. Overall it's a nice company with a bit of hassle and hectic

Working hours is something is way too much in this company as 9:40 hrs... And if you prefer taking cabs then for sure 10:10 hrs of working which makes u feel tired after long working hour schedules.
