The best part about the company was when lockdown was imposed and lot of people were losing their jobs during that time we on the other hand not just getting out salaries but the incentives as well as they were coming before so no cost saving was done by the company which Made us even more proud to work here.

The work culture is fantastic however Work Life Balance may not be and the reason for that is when you are in a learning phase you need to compromise something. Convergys merged in Concentrix so that is where my experience is from and frankly this job changes lives.

Almost all managers at EPS say -"If learning is your hobby, this is the place" I don't know Convergys as overall (it's Concentrix now). But if someone is hired for EPS at Cvg, you have the opportunity to double your knowledge and package after two years.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
