I’ve working in concentrix for a quite decent tine and there’s so many things I’ve experienced. They don’t care if you’re dying or not doing well health wise they will still ask you to come to office no matter what. Specially if you are in Comcast don’t even dare to say that you are not feeling well. Manager, TL, HR these people are more interested in answering you instead of listening to you, they will cut you off and put what they have to say because they think they are always right. Once you take more than 2 leaves you’ll become the blacksheep for the comcast people and they will become so hellbound to make you resign. I have the worst TL, HR and Manager. Pata nahi kis Gawaar ko manager bana diya. Non deserving people in comcast will become TL or manager or HR. They will judge by the numbers of leaves of have taken, it doesn’t matter to them if you work hard and keep your scores in positive, or the work you have done. They never wash or clean their microwave, there are cockroaches in the microwave chilling and in your food if you order something for canteen. TL, Manager, HR these people are vultures just waiting for the right moment. TL made sure that in rotational shifts they will get Sat/sun off. Or Deewali off and rest of the people will come just because there’s double pay. Shame on these people. If you’re going in concentrix please don’t go for Comcast. It’s the worst thing. I worked at Concentrix for 18 months and gave my best but didn’t see any growth. Promotion cycle is very slow. They prefer other LOB for promotion rather than own LOB . Also salary is very less and they don’t increase salary if the agent is doing there best. They introduces new shifts which are very odd. Its like 1am and 4am in the morning which makes no sense. Superior behaviour, food, work stress, no breaks (+9hours shift and 15 minutes break and that too stressfully.useless management, managers are married still try to ask other girls and also they agree just for promotion. No salary increment IJP only for girls boys are excluded as they are male(biggest disappoint)
