Please get in touch somehow, and try to fix things that are genuinely wrong and fire unprofessional people. Started my career as a fresher at concentrix. • A pathetic environment to work in. • Disgusting company culture where you'll have to inform the manager to use the loo. "Hello, Ma'am Can I go to washroom. It's urgent" then its completely your manager's discretion to approve it. • No sense of humanity, they expect us to work like machines for hours, without even having to drink water or eat food. • Definitely not a good place to start as a fresher. • 9.5 hour shift officially, but they'll force you to extend almost everyday. • The leadership is highly unprofessional, have no sense to talk to employees in a team meeting, you'll feel like you're listening to a goon who knows to speak English. • Almost everything they do for you which by default should be your basic right to work in a company is portrayed as a "Favour" • Been requesting for mental health support from almost months, but nobody cares. • *Voice Process* : Imagine a customer abusing you and threatening you for process related concerns, and without a bit of hesitation and sense of empathy they'll shamelessly ask you to to back on next call like nothing happened at all. • The operations manager told us that we'll get reimbursed for the internet allowance but they lied to us. • It's like working in a prison. Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

No work life balance. No public holidays given. TL will ask you to come to work on festive holidays for extra pay I.e 800rs only depending upon your salary. No cooperation from higher management. They will ask you anytime to extend your shift. 9.5hrs of shift in which 8.5hrs is for work and get 30mins lunch break and 15-15mins break. And if you exceed the break you will have to extend the shift. Shift timings. No productivity left in life. Very low salary. Only the higher management is happy in this job because there is nobody to monitor them. They can do whatever they want. Roam anywhere at anytime. Take half day and go for team party.
