Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

Concentrix is a good place to work that too totally depends upon the process and TLs. Employees will learn how a BPO works. People are friendly. The entry and exit process will be smooth. The company is good for freshers.

Dislikes

Coming to dislikes, there are many, some I am listing below- One way cab that too chargeable. No free food. Long working hours (10 hours login time) Some TL are awesome, some are abusive. They will speak to you nicely in front of their seniors but if you do not meet any target, they will call you personally and abuse you (few TLs). I quit due to only micro management issues. No break in peak call hours Back to back calls. There are huge target parameters you have to meet everyday. They will mark you LOP even though you have only few minutes shortage of login time. You can take leave if you inform 15 days prior. No unplanned leave is entertained even though you are sick. You need to inform earlier for getting sick, that's how it is. They can mark you LOP or deduct your leave balance. Most importantly, your salary will get credited on time, but if you observe your payslips monthly, you won't get any clue how they calculates it. They can deduct in any parameters which you won't have any idea....Read More

I was working for Smartphone process.. I gained knowledge of Lenovo and Motorola smartphones.. If the process wasn't downgrade then definitely I am working there only.. Environment is Good here.. Freshers can learn things very easily.. Trainers and team leaders will help us to gain the knowledge.. Overall I had Good experience.

Dislikes

I am very disappointed for salary hike.. When process downgraded then company didn't give us a salary hike which impacts on our career growth and good salary package in next company.

very poor expereince mangers not care about the exicutives, mangers and hr are they are one team they are tamilians, they do not have any type of knowldge in concetrix specially donot join in smart phone project, the mangement is very cruyal.

Dislikes

I dislike every thing they are not care about employess, per year they not provide at least one sick leave they treated like us labours.

at interview time they said they will provide above facilities, but when we joined in that company they are not provide any facilities atleast one.
