Concentrix BTM Road is the worst companies to work with. Pathetic management. The HR manager discriminates between south people and the others. The managers are womanizers, drooling over a female's body, staring at a lady directly from head to toe, specially a manager by a Kerala manager from a process that deals with a reputed software worldwide, who is married and yet he still hasn't learned how to control his hunger for a female body. The TL's and aspiring to become TL's or others looking for a growth know his weakness and become his agent and start doing the job of pimps to get promotions. They make sure they only keep girls who are that kind, open for anything, ready to flirt and behave indecently which the mangers here like the most. The game of seduction is always on by these girls, where touching each other inappropriately on the floor and others indecent and shameful things are a common get to see scenes almost everyday here!
