All the workers are very sociable and ready help each other up especially in times of sorrows, difficulties etc. We work as a formidable team.

Dislikes

Not that I can say. Only that, because we work with people there are minor infractions here and there which are indeed manageable.

There is teamwork, encouragement from Patron, CPCs, most PFs and workmates. Training is also sufficient

Dislikes

The salary is a low. When ones time to leave the organization comes, there are no benefits at all, for instance, I worked with the organization for almost 7 years. No benefit nor gratuity was given to me when my time to leave the organization came.

I enjoyed working with the organization despite the low pay. I worked for God through serving the children.

Compassion International is an NGO, based on a holistic development program for children regardless of religion, caste and gender. I am so much blessed with this program to learn and grow. When we talk about the children, immediately it clicks our mind that the children are the future of our nation. They make and take the nation to the next level as we are experiencing at this level in terms science and technology or politics and morality. It's all for the good cause of nation. Dislikes

Education was slow for some area. Children have to go to some government school where it is located hill areas and most of the time the teachers were absent.

Work Details

Well, I love the work that I am asked to do. Over all I was communicating with the children and to the parents behalf of the management. Being an administrator I was presenting the center the national level about the growth and development of the children
