1) If you have joined here from JP Morgan you will get all the opportunities just because senior management has previously worked with these folks in JP Morgan . 2) Rewards and recognition is not given on performance basis but on the basis of how friendly you're with the senior management, even if you have performed excellent throughout, you won't get the rewards because they will choose their favourite than your performance. 3) Promotions have the same criteria like Reward and recognition if you're their favourite only then you get promoted. 4) There is no proper cafeteria/ canteen you need to step out or order your food. 5) Transport is the worst...Read More

The pay is good and one of the best in the industry and that is all you can say nothing else in RACO/FCO team

No proper facilities, They neglect basic requirements for the employees If you just want money and want to commit carrier suicide then you can join here. No growth in regards to carrier aspects and their competition doesn't even wanna hire you If you feel something is not right and when you speak up you will be pulled down and will be punished for speaking up. Keep quite and do the work even if it means duplication of efforts or it will be something good for the organisation. Logic doesn't work over here, they say they want curious mindset but they will kill your curiosity the moment you join the company. They throw around things like performance improvement plans like it's nothing. For eg a person got an error for one month the very next month they got put into PIP. They want people to work like robots and they also check your break timings pulling reports how long you are away from the system. One person even got a heart attack with the pressure and they quite the company because of health complications. Trust me it's not worth it.
