No proper facilities, They neglect basic requirements for the employees If you just want money and want to commit carrier suicide then you can join here. No growth in regards to carrier aspects and their competition doesn't even wanna hire you If you feel something is not right and when you speak up you will be pulled down and will be punished for speaking up. Keep quite and do the work even if it means duplication of efforts or it will be something good for the organisation. Logic doesn't work over here, they say they want curious mindset but they will kill your curiosity the moment you join the company. They throw around things like performance improvement plans like it's nothing. For eg a person got an error for one month the very next month they got put into PIP. They want people to work like robots and they also check your break timings pulling reports how long you are away from the system. One person even got a heart attack with the pressure and they quite the company because of health complications. Trust me it's not worth it. Very poor management and leadership. There is no proper roadmap for the program which they are bringing for employees. Its said that BA and testing profile is becoming redundant and people have to either leave or take up development task. So employees in certain times they feel like very much insecured at their job. Management will keep some program for making employee themself to leave the job wherein they ll bring talented candidate to feel not confident . This is very toxic to go through as employee on everyday have to scare what will happen next for their career to get sustained. Higher management is not ready to take stand on this. With this culture how a person will contribute their best for their work. Advise for management is learn to have proper roadmap and implement. Keeping multiple meetings and outcome is nothing. Work-life balance is worst and product release plan are done in Australia without considering available resource and time which leads to overtime working even though company policy prohibiting overtime. Root cause of this culture: 1.Local management takes no ownership of resources. 2.Employees fear retaliation to say no to unrealistic timeline set by Australia counter part. 3.There is unofficial competition between teams( product owner) in Australia to deliver more for their growth. Please note that their is no external customer for these product and no demand to deliver on any specified time, few exception may be there due to regulator requirement. 4.The Product owners in Australia are Indians who are from service based companies like HCL, TCS.
