1)No promotion scope even if you are working hard in a project for long time, you have to apply for senior position and give interview. And if they like you or you are favourite then you will get promotion 2) manager thinks they are god here. If they dont like you they will force you to resign. You cant reachout to HR , hr wont help you 3) STVR OR bonus part is a joke. You will get likr 50% of it. 4) you have to wait for 15 months to get hike and bonus 5) They will ask you to change your skills and learn something which is not your skills whether you wanna learn it or not. They will force you 6) no canteen facilities. Food you have to bring from home. 7) discrimination is also there for north people 8) cba india is like a vendor to cba Australia . Work life balance is good and hybrid office policy is very good. Overall you need to complete 40 percentage in office over the month.

Dislikes

They are confused about everything. They hired so many resources in India only to fire them through organisational structure/PACE model. They are ruining careers of employees. No job security. Turning all support employees into developers so that they resign is CBA India's strategy. Would advice not to join.

WLB is good because there is very less work because they dont have proper projects. Some projects will start and stop in the middle.

Very poor management, hire and fire policy once they decide to stop certain projects they will fire people in group. Bad upper management, no professionalism in corporate.
