WLB is good because there is very less work because they dont have proper projects. Some projects will start and stop in the middle.

Dislikes

Very poor management, hire and fire policy once they decide to stop certain projects they will fire people in group. Bad upper management, no professionalism in corporate.

Well the culture is pathetic not fit to work, there is no transperancy, and senior leadership take decisions based on their ego and bias. A total hierarchical environment not good for anyone to work on this chronic toxic environment please avoid.

Poor leadership, favoritism, and mismanagement fuel inefficiency. Senior managers waste time, hire based on bias, and assign irrelevant tasks. Hard work goes unrewarded—no hikes, no promotions. Well, comm bank is newly set up in India. They are still struggling to transition projects from Australia. If things doesn't go with there way, they can release you immediately. I am the prime example of this. Our entire team has been laid off recently. They believe in hire and fire rules. No one can predict the future in comm bank specifically in India.

Dislikes

The environment is very toxic and I am not even kidding. People from ANZ regretting their decision after joining Commonwealth India. They said atleast we had job security in ANZ but here they can fire you anyday so whoever is joining make sure you give 100 percent everyday. Everyday means you have to give everyday.

The work life balance is decent. Middle management is good and supportive.

Dislikes

The culture in operations is borderline toxic. They'll give you a bunch of additional work which will impact your core KPI and won't even give you diverts for it. Some people in senior management (Indian) seem to favor people from one religious group in particular
