They don't have any proper infrastructure in india, they don't provide PF, Medical, insurance they don't even border employees benifits , they don't have service team,speare parts and proper confirmation to employ and customer service, they only know sale to dealer as much how when dealer sale even they don't border , my suggestion please don't joined this those who have get everything present company...Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
