Company culture is good As it is a small company work pressure is less

Dislikes

Team management Team politics Promotions, appraisals, credits only to the favourite people, not to the ones who genuinely works Chit chat with manager and TL and doing less or no work really works. So people who is not much interested in chit chatting can not sustain here. I was working as System engineer in IT dept - IT management people are worst HR - useless to report them anything, as they are very well bonded with managers, they just support manager even when the manager is wrong....Read More
