Running with Less resources for huge workload..So it's getting more hidden pressure during everyday... Eventhough it's own project and everyone is from Colt payroll but still some Indian TL's are working like slave for onshore people's, accepting all kind of faults from them and we need to correct when pushing from our end..later they found and bringing into notice like CSI initiative which was not listened when we say before.....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
