Until you without asking any salary hike they will treat as good they do. once after start asking for salary hike they won't treat at all and you if you want leave the company they wont let you go in smooth way. if they wanted release they can do immediately.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
