Unhealthy Work Culture: Cogoport has a toxic work environment. Job Insecurity: There's zero job security for employees. Forced Resignations: Employees are pressured into resigning, and their Full and Final settlements are not processed. Laptop Expenses: Employees must purchase their own laptops without any financial assistance. Excuse for Long Hours: Management uses baseless reasons to justify extended working hours during resignations. Restricted Office Hours: Employees are confined to the office premises from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, resembling a jail-like environment. Unfortunately there is not a single thing I liked about this company. I really hope there could be anything that I can say good things about but there are none.

Working for this company has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment I joined the team, it became painfully clear that employee well-being and job satisfaction were at the bottom of their priority list. Management is completely out of touch with the realities on the ground. They make decisions without consulting the employees who actually do the work, and these decisions often lead to chaos, frustration, and even layoffs. The work environment is toxic, to say the least. There's no sense of camaraderie or teamwork. Everyone is out for themselves, and the constant office politics make it nearly impossible to get anything done efficiently. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Benefits and compensation are laughable</mark>. I've seen better pay and perks at fast-food restaurants. It's insulting to see the company's executives living lavishly while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. Worst of all, there's no room for growth or development. The company seems content to keep employees stuck in dead-end positions with no opportunities for advancement. It's demoralizing and disheartening. In summary, this company is a sinking ship, and I'm jumping off before it drags me down any further. Pay cut from the fixed salary, No employee benefits, salary does not come on time, Micromanagement, Employees are not allowed to leave office premises (lockdown)..... and these are just the tip of the iceberg

As being in a new place, it was a concerning aspect for me to find a safe place to stay. But, thankfully, received all the support from HR. I got a good place to stay and the commuting distance to the office is also less.Thanks for the location Benefits.

Some unique benefits like special occasion allowance for marriage and child birth are something that I adore. Honestly, It's something that i have never heard before, But i am thankful to the company for offering such unique benefits to us.
