There is nothing to like in the Company. Worst startup ever.

Requesting everyone who is reading this if its time then please don't join the company and if already working then please always keep a backup option and if possible leave the company as soon as possible.. Because in terms of skill development you will only learn how to manage f**ked up mental health... Sharing some basic poimts... Great team.. which includes management, appraisals, skill development. Only Fistful of people are protected and favoured else everyone is treated as slave which they can exploit as much as they can. Worst part is your manager is like a pet dog to CEO who will do anything for the CEOs.( can't even imagine persons having 8-10 years of industry experience who can easily find job are licking CEOs ***. Neither they grow nor they let there team members grow). Not a single expert in the company for the Technology used.(ROR abd React). Employees here don't even think about Appraisals as they are always worried about there basic monthly salary. Company can even reduce the base(fixed component) of the salary without informing. They will fire people specially on the last days of the months just before salary day..so that they don't have to give salary for that month... Your slary will be reduced based on the performance which includes timely work submission...but this is only for basic employees not for HR team(worst ever HR TEAM) as they can never ever complete there slary process on time... The minimum they will give salary on 3-4th of month(stated in contract that worst case would be the first week of the month) which is the best case scenario as i never got salary before 5th of the month in past couple of years of experience.... This company should be banned not only from IITS, Niits but from all.the engineering colleges as they play with the career of freshers... They will.hire with false CTC dreams in campus placements and will fire them within probation period(3months) without prior notice. Not like.one or two they fires whole batch of 50-60 (talking about tech only) which is like 20% of the strength. Company started with a dream of capturing logistic market with tech but its now just a hobby for the CEOs to earn some free money for which they can use anyone and Anytime they like because they got there pet managers.......Read More

Both the workplace and the people that I am working among are all good. Everyone is engaged in their own stuffs, and you won't see any one bothering you unnecessarly. Even if you struggle with your assignments, seniors will support you, explaining the process and helping you get get back on track tom deliver your work more efficiently. And one more thing, thanks that we don't have any office politics. As it was something i had experienced in my earlier, empolyment a lot, I recommend this place for sure....Read More

Unhealthy Work Culture: Cogoport has a toxic work environment. Job Insecurity: There's zero job security for employees. Forced Resignations: Employees are pressured into resigning, and their Full and Final settlements are not processed. Laptop Expenses: Employees must purchase their own laptops without any financial assistance. Excuse for Long Hours: Management uses baseless reasons to justify extended working hours during resignations. Restricted Office Hours: Employees are confined to the office premises from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, resembling a jail-like environment. Any absence results in salary deductions. Weekend Work: Saturdays are often working days, causing further strain on employees without providing employment benefits. 1) Place is like a jail. Even jails are a better place than this 2) Cannot go outside once you are inside the building. 3) Compulsory 9hrs+ timings. 4) 0% Job security. 5) 0% help from management 6) All policies fixated on cutting salaries of employees. 7) Ridiculous policy of byod(buy your own device) , gets pressurized to buy Macs on terms that it will be reimbursed over period of 2 years upto 75% , but fires employees within 1-2 month of joining. 8) HR department totally not supportive. Hrs pressurize to work more than 12 hrs. 9) Alternate Saturday working. 10) No fixed teams , always migrating people from one team to another. 11) Even Guards tend to show so much attitude like passing disrespectful remarks and forcing to leave cafeteria if stayed a minute longer there. And when you reach out to HR regarding this , HR like a parrot starts scolding you for not coming early. 12) No sense of team culture . Toxicity at its max. 13) Salaries never given on time. Salaried gets credited after 10-15 days of next month. 14) Leaves are hardly approved. 15) If by chance you got late for work for even a minute , Guard will give you two options either apply for leave or go home. 16) Excessive mental torture. 17) Firing for no rational reasons. For eg. Some are fired for less worked hours even though there working hours are 10 hr/day , or sometimes manipulating that the person is unfit for the job. 18) One best thing is they fire indiscriminately, whether you are a senior member , whether you are a fresher , whether you are there for more than 2 years , whether you are here for , like recently , 19 days , whether you are the top contributor , or whether you are the least performer. You will be damn fired for no reason at all. 19) Salary cuts on a monthly basis is a new fashion here. People hired from prestigious colleges by luring attractive packages but after a month cutting 15% then 25% then 75% unnecessarily by stating not satisfactory with you performance. 20) No work life balance. 21) No Severance package or notice period or anything after firing employees. The procedure happens in a 5 minute fashion and a guard will arrive at your desk to throw you out instantly....Read More

We joined COGOPORT with 10-11 hours of working life and with gradually passing days the company started to apply various policies such as BYOD - bring your own device where we had to buy our own MacBooks promising us to pay in the next coming 2 years. Also cutting the salary according to each month's rating. surviving this much we still worked hard and at last they asked 120-150 employees to resign at once stating that our performance was not up to the mark and saying that it is not a mass layoff. They are not providing any severance to the people who are made to resign forcefully asking them to leave the job in one day's notice. They haven't even given salaries to the people working here currently for the past 1 month who are working continuously working 11-12 hours daily for the past 15-20 days. They have terminated jobs of top tire colleges such as IITs and IIMs....Read More
