Some managers are good but most are toxic.

Dislikes

Most things. From salary to no other benefits. Most people don't even have the qualities to become a manager yet they are leading teams. Work life balance is a joke, not because of the company itself but because of the managers here.

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate ifnot provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project</mark>....Read More

Stability is good. Though in the ongoing global recession, many of my co-workers had to leave projects because of project ramp down and did not get any other projects. Instead of recruiting employees from bench in other projects they are hiring more from people outside.

Dislikes

Appraisal is bad. So joining with low salary does not help much in the long run, better to switch.

Cognizant work culture was good but because of New CEO Ravi kumar S . Cognizant culture become worst.he has not increasing payment of the employees till 36 month .

Don't join this organization. 0% job security and only one person is getting benefits in Cognizant and that one is CEO They will but certain condition to not increase your salary.
