Only benefit is it was Work from home.

No security of job, they can remove you at any time and in job description they mentioned rotational shift but they will say to work in night shift which is 10hours,no scheduled breaks, no increments,no holidays for festivals,no gifts nothing only work work work..it was so hectic working here, not satisfied!!👎👎

Nothing I liked. One of the torcher organisation. Making people to commit Suicide with their behaviour. No support from anyone.

One of the worst organisation I have worked in my entire life. With no good faculty no work support. Making human torcher with their work. Mis-using of all leads. There is no person who is ready to listen to agents. If we do anything or not it's completely comes under our fault. If you don't know anything if you ask its your fault.

No hike, no job security, no skill development, no easy transportation.even if you learn new technologies they will ask for experience and make you work in technology which you already know.if you do "jing jack" you will get everything else you will be cornered and make you to think resigning is best than staying there

Don't expect any appraisal or hikes or any benefits. And you have to follow strictly office timing there is no any exception. They are following some office politics and favorites. No leaves approval you have to beg for your leaves approval

No job security. You will be ask to leave or resign by taking lump sump amount. No retention policy. Fake job postings on TMP. Biasing on the basis of gender. No meaning of Full time employee. No projects for PA or fresher. They will keep u for 18 months project then on bench, after that back to home.
