This is not kind of disliking but it is more with race with the time. With little time and more to do, sometimes we need to accelerate ourselves which at times others feel like pressure.

Everything about the company is very good. Great Minds, good talents, awesome projects. But the most important thing is it is not like any other IT companies which does only projects. Cogniphi is into product and platform development which in itself is a good place to be in as you learn a lot and you can contribute a lot too.

For me,the learnability index with Cogniphi has been high with Interesting portfolio and projects (mostly computer vision,AI, telematics) Good exposure to clients and stakeholders across US, Europe, UK and Tier-1 companies. They have solid backing from UST global and projects associated with their clients The team is a good blend of experienced senior techies and juniors which keeps work structured at the same time lively Management is open to new initiatives and encourages team to take up and test out your potential. They don't have large scale HR events and programs. Mostly got team outings, games and fun sessions , special day celebrations. But the good aspect that i have seen is they encourage participation of all members, particularly juniors in all the events and are pulling in people as part of their committees magazine, newsletter , team events , anchoring etc
