Here at Cognine i have very good work life balance, There is in house training and development for learning new technologies. work timings and managers are flexible. Top management is reachable. Company has a lots of activities like yoga sessions and zumba along with fun games. majorly stress free environment.

I would say none, as office is situated at heart of city so commutation is not at a problem and as mentioned its stress free environment.
