If you're thinking about working at CogentHub Pvt Ltd, think again. Let me break it down for you: this place is a total disaster. First off, the way things are run there is just awful. The boss, Dhrubajyoti Mukherjee, is more interested in sleeping at his desk than actually doing his job. And when he is awake, he's busy insulting and putting down the staff with rude language. It's not a nice place to be. And then there's this really serious issue: there was a case of someone (Female) being mistreated at the company. As a female I could not forget that incident Instead of dealing with it properly, the bosses just tried to hide it. They didn't care about the person who was hurt, they only cared about protecting themselves. It's just wrong. Oh, and don't even get me started on how people get promoted there. It's not about who's good at their job, it's about who sucks up to the boss the most. It's not fair and it makes for a really bad work environment & yes freedom is not available for everyone. Selective persons have right to carry on their phone because they are continuously chatu to boss. We want to know why ? Why some of the SEO guys have the full authority take break unlimited. The Senior managers support favoritism. You cannot blame TL for the same. Dont go for this company. The Canteen is smaller than a bathroom and you will fall sick because of the hygeine. They never gave salary on time. This happens when you dont understand the need of money and the reason why people are working here. Manager when called, instead of solving problem, states that he enjoys the "overflow of emotions". This is how they work. TL will hold grudge inside.Pity. Sick experience. Wait for few days if you have to and look for a good company. Whats the use of working if you wont get salary. Transport sucks. 7 seater cabs are filled with 10 people just to save money. Really, after making the employees work for 9 hrs you cant even get them a seat in the cabs and you have come to do business. Thunder strike you guys down. Horrendous exp.

Management is completely messed up. They have a pathetic client. Managers and Leads are cleverly and cunningly biased. No work ethics. Work culture is worse. Management's style of handling subordinates is typically like a modern slavery. HRs at the time of hiring makes deceitful comments related to growth and that is how they sell ideas in order to hire and fulfill the management hiring requirements. I have been working with this organisation since 1.7yrs and got enough learning opportunities , worked with really talented and professionals out here also the management and seniors are enough helpful and supportive to guide and show the path to be successful. Most communicative recruiting team (Mallar and Sulagna) . Getting training direct from clients. Amazing neat and clean office stations. Nice and organised cafeteria. Good ambience. Helpful seniors like Sunny sir, Khaba sir and Divya mam. Shift timings are perfect for me. Have the facility of drops at night.
