If you're thinking about working at CogentHub Pvt Ltd, think again. Let me break it down for you: this place is a total disaster. First off, the way things are run there is just awful. The boss, Dhrubajyoti Mukherjee, is more interested in sleeping at his desk than actually doing his job. And when he is awake, he's busy insulting and putting down the staff with rude language. It's not a nice place to be. And then there's this really serious issue: there was a case of someone (Female) being mistreated at the company. As a female I could not forget that incident Instead of dealing with it properly, the bosses just tried to hide it. They didn't care about the person who was hurt, they only cared about protecting themselves. It's just wrong. Oh, and don't even get me started on how people get promoted there. It's not about who's good at their job, it's about who sucks up to the boss the most. It's not fair and it makes for a really bad work environment & yes freedom is not available for everyone. Selective persons have right to carry on their phone because they are continuously chatu to boss. We want to know why ? Why some of the SEO guys have the full authority take break unlimited. Absolutely no job security. The company relies on AI tools and not human creativity. They need workers. Hence, they can fire you anytime as they wish. SEO Executive, Content writer, developers should not join a company that 100% depends on AI tools. No phone allowed in work area for back office executives as well (SEO, Content Writer, Developer). They won't allow you to take food in the production area even if you have a stomach ailment. No phones allowed. Only people who please manager and team leader get job security, appraisal and special treatment like showing up late everyday, minimal desk hours, no work full pay and more...stay away if you don't want to be treated like a garbage!!!

No emplyee friendly HR policies, poor treatment, forcing employees to post positive reviews about them. Owner is too innocent to notice culprits destroying his company, doing scams by hiring internal staff for other companies and firing people who don't butter them or become a part of the scam.
