There is nothing to like here only the salary on time and two week off .

If you are not hitting any sale every day they will make strech for 1 hr If you are eligible also they will make sure you are not promoted. Because here IJP stands for internal jan pehchan Without any information they will make you work for 6days without any payment Every single month there is salary discrepancy and no one to resolve Please check the Google reviews before joining

HR Team is very good Mainly Ayesha Roy and Dipanjan Das. Operations manager Abhishek Ghoshal and Adil Ahmed fiaz was awesome. Rishi sir was also awesome, I wish I could work with them.

Only for 2 person - Rajarsi Ojha and Sharath kumar Good people are leaving Cogenthub. Their behaviour is very unprofessional. Rajarsi Ojha shouts in front of everyone irrespective of male and female employees. He does not know how to speak. Sharath is a person who never allows others mainly the team leaders to speak , whatever he dictates everyone has to do the same. People do not leave company as company is never bad , people leave managers like Rajarsi Ojha and Sharath kumar.. They were the worst and disgusting managers I have ever worked with. Mr Avinash Vasa - I really wanted to work in your company for long, which I always told you that I will work here for long , but working with Rajarsi Ojha is next to impossible for his extremely poor behaviour... Requesting Vasa sir to make visibility of this as most of the top performers are not performing and leaving because of Rajarsi Ojha only... Oh well! This section is gonna be too long. In brief, I worked in the Flair process in this organisation. The politics is on extreme scale, One of the pure hearted Manager and Assistant manager had to leave the company because of the Internal Politics done by Abhishek Ghosal and Abhishek Saha. Abhishek is on of the biggest leech of the earth. Even after having 43 POSH cases registered against him, he is still the Assistance Manager. The woman here are not safe, the process can get rammed down any day so no job security, and if you are performing well in this company you are bound get targeted and penalized for doing your work properly. so steer clear of this organisation, FYI they even run Scam process on a different section of the office...Read More

Management is completely messed up. They have a pathetic client. Managers and Leads are cleverly and cunningly biased. No work ethics. Work culture is worse. Management's style of handling subordinates is typically like a modern slavery. HRs at the time of hiring makes deceitful comments related to growth and that is how they sell ideas in order to hire and fulfill the management hiring requirements. The management will make work in nights but they will not pay night shift allowance. This company has no perks and benefits. Most communicative recruiting team (Mallar and Sulagna) . Getting training direct from clients. Amazing neat and clean office stations. Nice and organised cafeteria. Good ambience. Helpful seniors like Sunny sir, Khaba sir and Divya mam. Shift timings are perfect for me. Have the facility of drops at night.
