I joined the company when it was a small team of just 6-7 people and it's been incredible to witness and contribute to the company's growth to a team of around 30+ people now. Being part of this growth journey has been very rewarding and I have learned so much. While my time has positive moments , there are areas which i feel needs attention . Communication between Teams and Management could be more transparent . Additionally, while team is hardworking and committed, i think we need to get appreciated for the extra effort we do once to maintain healthy workplace and employee encouragement.
