As I handle a big portfolio( Purchase & Operations & Stores) in Coffeeza, yes sometimes work pressure is there but its okay as I like to take challenges and move ahead and learn new things.

While my time has positive moments , there are areas which i feel needs attention . Communication between Teams and Management could be more transparent . Additionally, while team is hardworking and committed, i think we need to get appreciated for the extra effort we do once to maintain healthy workplace and employee encouragement.
