Good atmosphere, job security, No politics, slow career growth because of small net work. In coastal bank no appraisal system, no scale of pay. management give nominal increment to every employee in the financial year beginning

Generally my work is challenging to manage staff as well as customers, because the bank is not having net work and no ATM and NEFT?RTGS facility (before 2011). Being a Branch Head I have to get the business from public and to guide our staff to retain
