The company is open to innovation & adopts latest technology . I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets relaible , high-quality products & has a global client base . As a result , i get to learn new things which are much challeging & requires innovation , make new freinds , get more professional , learn the path to grow into newer roles . compensation is verty low but you wil grow professionally but that also is slow ..sometimes the work pressure is very high & sometimes you have to extend your shift by half an hour - 1 hour .

Generally speaking , my role is slightly challenging as I have to innovate in our work . We have to provide smart technical solutions to the users so that they don't encounter the same issue again .

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
