Their HR department is very bias as I got placed in CMR in 2024 but after joining Sanjay baba always gives us pressure to meet recruitment targets, also they didn't provide trainings to their freshers. Despite being a leader in the secondary metal and aluminium ingot business, CMR has yet to adopt SAP for its operations, relying instead on a local ERP system, which may not offer the same efficiency or integration. IN CMR, there is lots of things to like, First is Our MD's Behavior, His involvement to talk with his employee through Town Hall, Coffee with MD, Samvaad etc. In other side, Company Policies, Career Growth, Job Safety, Work Climate, All are very good and helpful for employee.

Lot of pressure, management penalise you if work not complete in ltd time. Late sitting extra 2 to 4 hours. Hire & fire policy. Dirty politics

Debit & penality on the empolyee .they look how many time you goes in toilet. Total rubish company , never join it. No growth, no life balance, no policy for employee
