Worst company in India. They treat Engineer as a slave. Engineer come to site for 8 am, labour coming for site 8.50 am. working hours for Engineer minimum 15 hours to maximum 18 hours.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
