Idea of the organisation is very good which is into getting outsourced work of us accounting, but the execution is very poor.Especially HRs of this company will hire freshers telling them there will be 6 months probation period in which they will give training but training will be insufficient and there will no one to adress doubts and will through us out of company without even giving notice period as mentioned in the agreement copy. They breach the contract terms and if we ask they will threaten us to destroy our career. Where it comes to salary there is no proper performance evaluation process they simply say inefficient and cut your salary nearly 50% of your expected salary. No job security they won't inform you prior and end up giving you exit mail and salary also they will won't pay you fully....Read More

Dislikes

No proper performance evaluation measures as salary terms are based on performance efficiency. They won't follow contract terms. Only house wives can sustain here without any financial burden on them.
