Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...ch the contract terms and if we ask they will threaten us to destroy our career. Where it comes to salary there is no proper performance evaluation process they simply say inefficient and cut your salary nearly 50% of your expected salary. No job security they won't inform you prior and end up giving you exit mail and salary also they will won't pay you fully.

Dislikes

No proper performance evaluation measures as salary terms are based on performance efficiency. They won't follow contract terms. Only house wives can sustain here without any financial burden on them.
