One of the fraud and worst company. The conpany running with mostly their relatives max. Manager is doestnt know any thing and he supports only muslims minarity and dont give chance to stay long term and create politics and terminate. Big micro management. We need to work on weekends and need to work double shifts. As per past reviews of company reflects yhe truths and facts. They copied code from one organization and use for other clients. Management is not good and high politics and they relatives only prefer to stay there and rest of them they will plan toerminate always. There is no work life balance. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
