It's okay company for freshers only but now they are mostly working on Non Profit so nothing much to learn. Nothing to learn for anyone who has 2 or more years of experience all you do is Salesforce configuration here no code at all. CEO is weirdest guy who is running company just as a fantasy.

Dislikes

Company is divided into 2 parts. Too much politics. Job security is a joke here so lets not talk about that. Company policies are worst first they add 1.3 Lakhs into your CTC which you will never get. For certification you have to use your own money and certification will also be not of your choice what a joke.

Work life not much intersting it's just repetitive work all the time and no appreciation at all.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
