Don't exactly i can relate anything which can be liked.

As per senior management words, doesn't matter you are in hospital or in any situation if your hands are in working condition we have to attend the customer and internal calls and get the things done. Also as per management you have to be available 24x7 and your mobile should always be in network area....... One day I took a plannedleave for 2 days for a vacation in Mountains with my family...... unfortunately that place was not having proper network and at the same time my manager has called me and my number was not reachable in a planned leave.......next day he shouted and told be i should be available in network area everytime doesn't matter i am on leave or not...... It means i cannot travel any place where network connectivity is low.... In case of any issue or help your manager and BU head will stand against you and blame you for everything in place of supporting you as a team member. Company itself is not having a proper process and everytime they shout and ask to get the things done without any progress in place. They only want to generate as much as revenue and do not want to invest in improving internal progress to make the things better.
