Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I'm working with cliantha research and the good thing about this company to maintain the work balance throughout the financial year this is very important thing for every CROs I'm really appreciate to thi company for unbiased culture and rutine award function to for appreciate the employees for their hard work.

Dislikes

Salary part is very weak of this company. They hire the candidates at very low margin salary. The salary benchmark of thi company is too baad management is not employees friendly.
