The company has great potential to build an empire in the world of genomics. They have a deep thirst to expand into new horizons and experiment with cutting edge technologies. The overall energy of the place is young and energetic.

Dislikes

There is no on job training/onboarding for new recruits, hence they find it difficult to integrate to the various work flows. Few managers do not consider the priority of work-life balance and always expect overtime, to compensate for the unrealistic deadlines put up by them.
