Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive the performance management process and establish a high performance work culture
- Conduct new joinee induction and trainings as and when required
- Strategize, deploy and execute various HR initiatives whereby building an engaged workforce
- Collaborate with the accounts team and process salary every month
- Collaborate with the accounts team and ensure all labour compliances are adhered to
- Publish monthly MIS and HR Dashboard to the leadership team month on month
- Build Clevergene as Great Place To Work standards and establish the organization as an Employer of choice
- Manage the entire gamut of HR for Clevergene and be a single point of contact for all employee queries
Key Requirements
- 8 10 years experience
- Any Graduate/MBA with relevant experience
- Metric oriented and data driven
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent inter personal and presentation skill
