Roles and Responsibilities
Drive the performance management process and establish a high performance work culture
Conduct new joinee induction and trainings as and when required
Strategize, deploy and execute various HR initiatives whereby building an engaged workforce
Collaborate with the accounts team and process salary every month
Collaborate with the accounts team and ensure all labour compliances are adhered to
Publish monthly MIS and HR Dashboard to the leadership team month on month
Build Clevergene as Great Place To Work standards and establish the organization as an Employer of choice
Manage the entire gamut of HR for Clevergene and be a single point of contact for all employee queries
