If you get job with a good position that is the best thing in cleartax. If you are good buttering person to your managers then only you can survive.

Cleartax is just a startup and there is no job security. If you there are managers, they don’t want good work performer. They want to slavers. Cleartax Manager are not open for new ideas, if still approaching with new ideas they will make to to leave the company by forcing and damaging employees profiles. Even if you came out of the company, HRs will damage the profile and they will not allow to join new company. They there is no support from HR, higher managers. If you are complaining your problem instead of solving they make you target. If they targeted, they will damage complete potion and put you in PIP then they will force you to resign the company. Suggestions are not addressed, and only high-level people can contribute their ideas. If you know Hindi, you can survive. Managers themselves don't know proper English, and there is poor management with no work follow-up. Hindi is required because in meetings, they use only Hindi and not English since the managers don't know English. There is no proper management, and there are no follow-ups on the work, which leads to almost everything being left half done.
