Training sessions are very good. If you are looking for regular incentives and bonuses then you should go for this company (as per performance). Teammates are helpful and HR policies are really good.

Dislikes

The work pressure is too much which hampers your work-life balance, you will get a lot of leaves but to avail of them, you will need approval from your manager which is hard to get. The policies keep on changing every 6 months and there is no standard process for anything. Micromanagement at every level. Growth opportunities are less.

Good company to experience fintech organisation. Highly target oriented and tremendous work pressure. You'll get to learn new things which are related to indirect taxes and information technology and API.

Poor work life balance. Very rare opportunities to move to different domain.

It's a very good company to work for. I was enjoying my work here and we as a team were doing good. Unfortunately they fired 200 employees on a single day. Other than the layoff experience everything is good here.

Dislikes

They hire unnecessarily in the sales team, the region which can be managed by 4-5 people. We have 7-8 in one team. Resulting into laying off 200 people in one day.
