They Don't call every hour or every day to understand the Target Achievement. Though we have every day morning and evening call for daily commitments.

Dislikes

The leader is Super Power, You have to be his PET to get weekends, Target, new assignments, Leaves. If you are going for some Partner visit out of your city- they expect some closure. the average time period a person stay ion this company is 1.5 years. Every time new person comes they restructured the policies and organization structure. In my last 1 yr tenure- their is 3 restructuring that had happened. Product change, Price Change, Structure change and the Employee change is normal. you have to get adapt the changes quickly without asking questions. As their is no strong IT Infrastructure for Channel Partners and Employees- there is always a Lead clash, Attribution clash etc. which sometimes consumes your energy and demotivates you, Channel Partner Commission takes 2.5 months to disburse from the date of license activation. My Manager calls me even on my leave to understand the funnel which is annoying....Read More

I have to get Enterprise orders and License from Channel Partners of West Region. Need to connect with the customer, Show Demo, Give quote, negotiate, close order, Collect Payment etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
