work culture is good & management is co- opertative. But there is no job security.

Dislikes

No extra benefit besides salary. Defer the salary dates & late coming tour expences. Monetary part is bad.

I am an ex employee of cleantek energy pvt ltd. Still now FNFS not done. Where's I have handed over the company SIM & everything. Almost with all the ex employees they have done the same. They even don't provide salary slips to its employees

They make fake promises to employees and in the market

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
