Apart from a big organisation since so many years and they are increasing in size. Office is good and its continuously growing.
Dictatorship at Pune office by the Director. Even the HR decides as per him, so called HR. Does not do anything on complaints. Policy and rules changes as per the director along with KPI. Threatns for job security and incentives. Politics and criticism is at the highest level. Last minute work are given as if its required immediately and then extension of shift. Few managers are hired who does not know anything, not even basics but are called as managers, its just talks. The workload into technical department is very less compared to other MNCs. Work/life balance can be maintained. Process is new no structure made up yet.

It always the people around u . management is super supportive, HR always has a smile, senior manager Kamal Swami just promoted to customer service success team the way team was it never looked like as of it was a international work place it always looked like as if it is a domestic one ..now as Kamal is been taking care of the teammany changes have come the team has become obedient streamlined,,there are people who don't like the way he works and name it as politics but that is how Kamal Swami is ,this guy has more than 15years of experience of handling the team that too more than 200 people..he has worked the best to make sure that the team is also highlighted for good things and not for bad,, customer service was always a team that was never even seen or got as such importance but as after there was a change is manager now the customer service success team is been seen as the the important team of CH that's all because of Kamal Swami,new agents are treated the same as the tenure onces,,given the same importance and support,, people are proactively asked to support the team who genuinely need to grow, people have got good opportunities..Kamal Swami had brought new good things for team he has fought for it with higher management,such as the events the customer care team was the only team that never attended any events but as Kamal came to the team he made sure everyone is working with an smile..the only people who don't like his working manner of Kamal are those who have behaviour issues and if corrected by Kamal then he will be the worst person of the company, that's what the stupid human tendency is which will never change,, these are those who feel their families wrong when they are shown their mistakes... people will never correct their mistakes and try to learn good if thought instead start cribbing about things which are actually not good for their own...Kamal Swami had always supported good things and that's what his policy is where and n the only people have problem are those who do unethical things and which is not acceptable by Kamal Swami at all and when he tries to correct he is the world's worst person..so called human tendency.....Anyways I am lucky that customer service team has Kamal Swami as the senior manager now because it's time to change and be streamlined line and be professionals.
